### Do I need a card to start?
No. Signing up asks for your store name, an email and a password. No card, no commitment, no sales call unless you want one.

### How fast can I actually start?
About 15 minutes. Your catalog comes preloaded with laundry, dry-clean, shoe and repair services. You tweak prices, claim your subdomain, and take your first order.

### Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, from inside the app. Start on Free and use it as long as you like, then move up to Pro or Growth when you want pickups, WhatsApp or your booking site. You only pay once you choose a paid plan, and your data stays put through any change.

### Will it work on my phone?
Yes. Washboo runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and installs to your home screen like an app. Nothing to download, nothing to update.

### Is my data safe?
Your session is encrypted (httpOnly, secure cookies), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and we follow India's DPDP Act: no ads, no cross-site tracking, no selling your data, a named grievance officer, and infrastructure serving India. Read our privacy policy for the full picture.

### My customers speak different languages.
Your booking site and tracking pages speak English plus Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu, Kannada, Odia and Malayalam. Customers pick their language once and it sticks.

### How does billing work on paid plans?
